one month later

well.......I haven't done a single thing toward my goal. I haven't even put forth the effort. Of course I have tons of excuses... like I am fighting depression, or I am waiting to have the money to join a gym, or I am waiting for my mom in law to let me know when we are going to start weight watchers( she did 2 weeks ago and told me 2 days ago) I am recouperating from being sick. wow when you look for them there are tons of excuses. but I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids and a husband who is never home. so those are my excuses and now I need to overcome them and accomplish my goal. anyone have suggestions for how to get in the exercise while being a mom, cause it is too cold to take thie kids outside for a walk?
